FieldForce is an independent market research company, specialised in the launching of surveys and their conduct, mainly in Benelux :
1. The survey and its situation are set up by the client,
2. We gather the data on the field,
3. Based on the results, the client generates the analysis.
Our “FieldWork” covers two domains in the sector of market research: the qualitative and the quantitative surveys. These two specialisations relate to the respective departments.
- The qualitative department consists of recruiters who are in search for the profiles that respect the client’s survey objectives. These respondents are invited for a specific discussion, whether it is an one-on-one interview or a group discussion with a moderator. In the room next door, the client(s) can follow the debate live but discrete through the one-way-mirror. The whole interview is also recorded on dvd or vhs, to enable the clients to (re)view the discussion afterwards.
- The quantitative market research is carried out by interviewers who are internally trained and permanently coached. They interview a large number of respondents and gather the responses on the questionnaire prepared by the client. Both during and after the fieldwork, we verify the working method and the quality to be able to guarantee to the client the highest level of reliability and quality.
