At FieldForce, we give special attention to our values, since they express what we as a company stand for. It matters as some kind of contract between the client and ourselves.

FLEXIBILITY
We picture ourselves as being very flexible towards our clients: whether our client wants us to conduct “standard” questionnaires or “more specific” surveys, our results will always remain fully reliable.

METHODOLOGICAL POLICY
We conduct all surveys in mutual agreement with the client, especially concerning the sample, the quotas and the deadlines.

PLURIDISCIPLINARITY
Always attentive towards the client’s wishes, we represent a strong team with emphasis both on project management and the joint objective to guarantee at all times the high level of quality.

RELIABILITY and QUALITY
To be able to guarantee the reliability of the surveys’ results, we control 25 percent of all conducted interviews, both during and after the fieldwork.

DEADLINE
We commit ourselves to meet the deadlines our client sets.
